Take Ten published Succulent Card

It is always exciting to receive a new crafting magazine in the mail, but even more so when they come for free because you have a card published!  Then comes the fun of hunting for the card that was selected for the publication.

This card was part of the collection I sent in last April, it wasn't punny enough to go with this set of cards Take Ten published last fall.    I am glad they still liked it!  I guess it just goes to show you that they may take awhile to select a card for publication.

This is the front cover, my card is located on page 60 of this issue.

Thanks for stopping by to share my excitement!

One more in the Take Ten Winter issue

In all my excitement a few weeks ago I neglected to share that I had one more card make the pages of the winter issue of Take Ten.  I was reminded today when they graciously sent me an email along with link to my cool badge over in the right column.

This fun card uses three inks, one marker, vellum, white cardstock and one stamp and die set.  Super easy and definitely made in less than 10 minutes!

Take Ten Rooting for Succulents!

Can I just say I am over the moon excited to share that I have a THREE page spread in the newest issue of Take Ten!  One of my goals for 2017 was to submit for consideration of publication.  I followed through during the early months of 2017, and am very happy to have a series of cards published in the Dec/Jan/Feb issue of Stampington & Company's Take Ten.  I received my complimentary copy in the mail today.

All of the cards are made with The Stamps of Life Succulents2stamp and Imagine products.  I am so pleased to see these fun cards on the pages of a magazine!

Published in Fall Stampers' Sampler!

Wahoo!  Last December I took part in the Season's Giving Blog Hop.  I made a crafting goal of submitting projects to print magazines for publication.  I took a few submissions to achieve this goal, but here it is!

My card is located on page 84 and features a stamp and die set from Sizzix designed by Stephanie Bernard.  All of the inks and sprays are by Imagine, the American division of Tsukineko.

Here is the front cover of the issue.  So exciting to met this goal, and plan on doing a submitting for consideration of publication in the future as well!

Finally, here are the photos I took of my card before I sent it in.  As you can see, the easel opens up to display the message and really helps the turkey stand up!

Thanks for stopping by and sharing my few moments of publishing fun!
