This wonderful image is from Peddler's Pack Stampworks, a store in Beaverton, Oregon. It is still open, and back in the 90's I would make the occasional trip across PDX metro area to visit this wonderful store. This beautiful angel is stamped and colored with colored pencils and blended with a Dove Blender. She is fussy cut with scissors and an Xacto knife. A little bit of water is added with a paint brush around the perimeter on the mulberry paper then it is torn leaving little wisps of fibers. The backing is a metallic wrapping paper cut with a Fiskars rotary wheel! Enjoy this little blast from the past!
Amazing how creative you could be with the limited supplies and equipment available in those days!
